 | The South 217 area is another of the wooded mountain areas on the eastern slope of the Sandias. As with the other East Mountain areas, properties tend to have some acreage, with horses allowed, and occasionally one may find a property in the lower $100,000's, although the average price is around $200,000, with some homes bringing over $300,000. |
