 | With its location at the base of the Sandias guaranteeing lovely views of the mountain and the city lights, the Foothills South offers a wide array of luxury homes that are yet less expensive than those in nieghboring High Desert. Glenwood Hills, which was "the" place to build a luxury home in the 1970's is located here, but so a a few neighborhoods of more modest homes a bit closer to I-40. Prices anywhere from the low-to mid $100,000's all the way up to nearly $700,000 can be found in this area. |
